Ran to rocks this morning for some trolling and jigging, had the first fish on within 20 minutes and continued to pick away for the remainder of the morning. Did however have to pick through quite a number of bluefish in order to put together a catch. Water was a little dirty, approx 55 degrees and the fish hit most anything you threw or trolled past them except for my chartreuse bunker spoon which I think has more to do with the spoon then the color. One of the bigger stripers had a 7 inch ling in its stomach. Good time was had by all and everyone went home with sore arms and some nice fillets. :cool:

It was not bad but it?s going to get a lot better, the bunker are starting to move south and the big cows will be hot on their heels. We'll be out again on Thursday....stay tuned.
