Freshwater license???

Do you need a freshwater license for fishing below the comm. barry. Like the pennsgrove area any replies would be appreciated...thanks

best thing to do is contact the pa fishing commission.. not saying we are wrong but you might not get 100% correct information.

Also Check out Delaware if fishing across from that state. Due to a quirk in the law from years ago, Delaware owns the river up to the high tide line on the Jersey side.

Jersey says you dont need a license below the CBB. Pennsylvania rules arent clear, I email PA Fish and Boat commission and reply I got was you DO need a license.
