Hey guys!
We had two trips aboard the ADAM BOMB III today.
In the morning, we had Jim Ferg and his private group aboard. The wind was honking out of the West a bit more than expected, and with the flood tide it made for some real tough drifting conditions! We worked our tails off and ended up with seven hook-ups for the morning trip, four of which ended up in the boat from 24" to 27" and two came loose including a decent fish that was busted off behind the boat. I wish we could of come up with a few more for the crew, but some days conditions make it difficult!
In the afternoon, an open boat group with Tom, Kirk, Jim, Gary, and Don stepped aboard. Conditions improved, and the bite was a bit better albeit still quite sporadic. Several drifts we had double hook-ups, and at the end of the trip we ended up catching a dozen bass out of about eighteen good bites and most of the fish were 22" to 27" variety with one 29" bass thrown in for the box. We marked them real good at several stops. They are here! They were in a bit of a funk today, but that could all change tomorrow! Look for a report!
Thanks for fishing with us, guys!
