7/9/2004 Fishing last night just before dark on the end of the dike in L.B.I. hooked and landed a 32" 10 lb weakie on the fly...chartreuse clouser, of course, on a rising tide. It was a trophy.Sorry no photos as we didn't bring a camera and released the bruiser. Unfortunately I'm back in Chicago now. Fished LBI for five days but didn't do too well otherwise just a few blues and fluke in Myer's Hole... no stripers either from the beach or the North Jetty....Thanks LBI74 for all your information!!! Matt, glad ya atleast caught a few fish. im actually heading down now with the wife for kingies and fluke right now. i was wonderin if you were still on the island. sorry i couldnt get down this past week. you had some nice weather as well.
