Eel Bite?

Guys, it seems the Spot fishing is the ticket. I hear spot are becoming hard to come by. This time last year we had them on all eels and bucktails.

What is the trigger for the eel bite over the spot? Does anyone know?

We are going out next Tuesday, and I am hoping the eel bite picks up by then. It gets real expensive with novice guys out there fishing spot.

Any Thoughts?
