Best Tide for Blues at the Shoals?

I'm Staying in Lewes DE next week with my boat and have been reading on the Barn about the blues action on the various shoals off Cape MAy.

I was thinking about running over there weather permitting and was wondering the best tide or part of the tide to have some light tackle blues action there?
