This is for any Springteen fans out there. I did manage some bass today after the wind died down a bit. Ran all over looking.
But tonight while getting ready for tommorows's fishing I decided to put on the DVD I got my wife. Bruce Springsteen's Born to run 30th anniversery edition, 1 CD and 2 DVDs. The first DVD is a remastered concert from 1975, the only one ever filmed back then , that has been released. So while I am trying to retie rigs I get into this concert which has all his songs from his first 3 albums. Lets just say if you are any Kind of a BRUCE fan GET IT! What a rush. I will be singing these songs while fishing in the AM.
Sorry for those of you who are not fans.
Again my cell is 609-432-3380.
I will be looking for birds in the AM
( cause "we were born to run" ) feel free to call if you want to work together.

Tom,
Im a big Bruce fan!!! I'll be out in OC and all points south on Sunday afternoon into the evening.
Nothing like his three disc. live CD. I believe it's 1975-1985.
Its pretty much a "10th Avenue Freeze Out" right now.
Good luck tomorrow.

Kenuloza,
You gotta get this new set that's just released.
Right now I'm goin to take The "Backstreets" to the dock to meet the other "Spirits in the Night", Cause if ya find birdplay it might be like "4th Of July". Or Maybe a "Jungleland", I just hope I don't "Get lost in the Flood" and get some fish!
Goog luck this weekend
And don't forget "It's Hard To Be Saint in The City"

Tom... did you see him last week in AC?
I went with my wife and another couple and the girls left after 30 minutes 'cause he was doin all acoustic (tickets were free or I would have nailed them to the s)they both were big East Street fans.... I was one of the last ones out of the building... he is an awesome storyteller so the new stuff I did not know was real interesting and the old stuff he played (Sandy, The Rising, etc) on guitar with harmonica was just f-ing amazing....
Leavin to take my sister to the airport in 10 minutes, I should catch up to you around 7:30 or so once we hit the inlet.

FMTUNA,
I did see him in AC last week. I was very impressed with his aquostic show. It almost seemed like a private show in the Hall. And thanks for that call today. It was a little to much like "The 4th Of July, (Sandy)" out there for me. So we did "The E Steet shuffle" I was a beautiful morning out there.

Good to hear about the Bass.
As for the "Boss" he is currently on my boycott list due to his pro-Kerry stance in the last election and I cannot financially support him in any way. I will always listen to his music and will most likely see him on his next tour and buy his next album. But for this tour and Devils and Dust I will refrain from any support. He really let me down last year.
And granted he won't miss my couple hundred dollars, but I'm an idealist. He made a mistake getting involved in politics and there is no doubt he will feel it in his wallet. At least he'll miss my hard earned, non-union, non-democrat monies.
I even took up listening to country, although I'm a city guy, because of the last election.
Just my rant. Yea I know who cares. LOL!

Marine Tom,
I will stay away from the political angle here. But you really missed a great show with Bruce, R.E.M. & John Fogerty all on stage at the same time.

Marine Tom,
First off, Semper Fi! Kind'a young - P.I. 1978. I'm with you on the Bruce thing. I was always on the wall with Springsteen. Late 70's, early 80's music I liked, after that, not much. When he got heavy into politics with his concerts, don't have any more time for him. I'll probably take a lot of heat for this, but, don't care.
T. K. - See my above paragraph.

Everyone is allowed to have there own opinion on Bruce, politics, whatever. That's what makes our country great. We agree to disagree.

I was right next to you a few times today. We had around 20 mostly on Storm shads, along with a 12 lb blue, a doggie, and a skate. I'll be in the same place tomorrow but I'll be avoiding the fleet.

See Sirius # 10 The Bridge 24 hours of Bruce. If you can wire it into your boat, Sirius or XM is a great addition and will stop all that BS the vhf.
