Any bass being caught anymore in or within striking distance of Squan inlet?

There were bass from squan inlet north this morning in bunker...it just keeps going and going and going...south wind dropped the temps back nice..bet we will have them through the weekend!:) :) :)

How does the south wind make the water cooler? I would think it would bring warm air and make it warmer?

How does the south wind make the water cooler? I would think it would bring warm air and make it warmer?It creates an upwelling and actually drops the temps. Any type of N wind will bring your temps up!

Last Friday I was off of the Highlands Bridge with a slight north wind and the water was 69 to 70. I thought that was a little warm but now I know why.
