Went out Monday and Tues night with the old timer, using pluggs made in the 50s and 60s. Quite an experience using home made wire poles built just for these pluggs, limited out both nights 20 to 30 lb class of fish. Just goes to show you that you dont need technology, just expierience with using what knowledge has tought you over the years.

My friend had a charter this past Monday with Capt Pete on the Hyper Striper. They left the dock at 6 am by 6:30 am they were anchored up.All 6 guys were hooked up as soon as there lines hit the bottom.10 minutes later they had there limit. In 45 minutes they caught 45 Bass and after that the bite died. When the bite died they switched over to fluke.6 hrs of Fluke fishing and they only had 3 keepers.
