We fished this morning with Jim the Toolman  , Marine Tom aka Mr. Redhook redface.gif , Paul Buddah, Dick, and Fran. We headed out to our destination in calm conditions, as soon as we anchored up we the sun came out, and the wind layed down. We waited a little and they started to bite!!!
We ended up catching all of our fish on the port side of the boat :D , until the us guys on the starboard side decided to try. Mr. Redhook was on fire with his redhooks today, everytime we looked over he had a bass! Dick pulled four out in the corner,(on the port side of course) and Fran did well too, Jim(toolman)was on a roll by the second half of the trip.

The fish were hitting very light and running towards the boat. Paul was using a circle hook and no fluorocarbon, he decided to change to an octopus hook and put some 40lb. fluorocarbon on, as soon as he made the change he began to hook some stripers. I think that the fish were hitting to light to get hooked with a circle hook.

Well it was a fun trip with a nice bunch of guys, we limited out quickly and released 13 nice bass.

We ended up with 27 stripers to 35".
