Hey guys,
Im debating what i should be targeting this weekend. Is it too early to try and work the stripers some? I was originally planning on working some wrecks for some tog and seabass, then trolling the 5 fathom for some bluefish, but im debating whether or not to give a good shot at the rips or chunking in the bay for the stripers. Any recommendations?

Hi Phil,

I'll be fishing G.E. inlet and out front of O.C. if the weather cooperates. I know its a little early for stripers but I'll give it my best shot.

I'll let you know how I make out. Looks like we are neighbors- I am in Bensalem also.

If you decide on the bay shoot me a report. My boat will be in Fortescue at the end of October till the end of the year and I am hoping the bay is the place to be.
