Ive been hearing that the gulp powerjerk shad chartruse color have been producing some bass.... Im going out Saturday 12 pm- night high tide at 2-2:30 pm in Atlantic City area, would be greatful to even get a short i'm taking my coworker whos never caught any... any advice???

If you haven't tried the Gulp Jerk shads you really should. The new 7" size should be all you need for all your striper fishing.
They have the shape and action of most of the above listed soft baits, come in all the colors and most of all have the GULP attraction.
Sorry, my supply got sold out on the last weakfish bite and my new order got held up. I'm still hoping I do have the complete selection by friday.
Since we didn't have much of a night bite last year I am waiting to see if they won't beat the eels at night.

dave i have to agree,the jerk shads are great.used them for bass in the last week or so last year and hammered the bass.had more bites with the gulp,but they did not last long.after maybe three or so fish they were pretty beat up.i would go through like three bags a night http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_25.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZZ) but it was worth it.i wish the just made them a little stronger,matt
