Home waters

Fishing the home waters out of staten island tommorrow for the first time this year smile.gif Been stuck in cape may for a few weeks with not much luck with the biggest at 24# on bunker at the horse shoe. Every time we fished there this year the wind was 20 plus kts. We are excited and hope to catch some big bass tommorrow. Well let you know how we make out.

haha We didnt catch a dang thing that day...we were mad because we knew they were there but they werent bitting. O well fishing is just like that sometimes... you fishing the bahrs landing tournoment next weekend?

I thought you caught the 24# on Sunday by reading your post again I now understand that was your best fish since being in Cape May.

We will be up there Friday morning. I'm not sure where I'm keeping the boat yet. Last year we stayed at Bahr's but with the no check out rule this year we can leave from anywhere.
