Getting ready to head over to Farley to run the boat over to Somers Point so she can be tucked in for winter :(
It was hands down the best overall multispecies year we ever had, thanks to inshore trolling and the late striper pounding we have been doing..
Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys that helped me get accostomed to the Absecon area, and e-mailed me tips... Stonerod, Bobever, SusieII, Doyle007, Candyman, InDepth, Nevermoor and all the rest I am forgetting to mention..
Also, thanks for the company on those days you guys jumped on for a days fishing (or running aground!!)... I hope to be the first boat they drop back in with the lift in 2005, and you are all always welcome back aboard!
Meanwhile, I just replaced my korkers, so it's back to my roots on the rocks til the bay freezes!
.... of course, I will have to bring a rod with me just in case a blitz breaks out on the way down the beach.... ya think??!!??
