Which location do you think would be more productive for stipers this time of year: fishing from the beach at Island Beach State Park or fishing from a small boat in the back bay of Grassy Sound ? Thank you.

I KNOW THERE IS FISH IN GRASSY SOUND BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD OF A GOOD BITE AT IBSP.
