:) Going to give it a try tommorrow. My plan was to chunk clam in the back but have not heard of to much action in the back as of yet. Am I better off chunking bunker out front? heading down to the rips with eel? Any help appreciated. thanks

you have to be at your spot when the tide offers you that best chance of caughting those stripers.i fished the back and you will do fine if you put in some time.some days are better than others.it only takes one tide to make your luck.and yes the rips are a good place to be this time of year.ask around where to be in the back bays, just dont fish anywhere go to a spot where you had luck previous.if you have a fish finder depth finder will help.these fish are hear if you try the back and have no luck ,dont give up try somewhere else .if you just cant find that right spot trying the open boat forum and they will put you on fish.good luck if you are on your boat this weekend give me a shout on channel 78 ill be on the bay.
