I went out today with a friend for tog to see what was around for when the limit goes up. We went to a wreck about 3 miles off. The water was much cleaner than inshore and the tog were there and hungry. We caught about a dozen and a half, kept 2 which were 10 and 12 lbs:D and went in. None of the fish were less than 15 inches. Green crabs were the bait. Come on Nov. 15
