1083Yesterday a bunch of us went out on the Miss Christina II. We fished the rips all day and we were ready to give up and we were glad we didn't! Late in the day the bite was on. We caught one 40" and two 38". We used spot, expensive but worth it. Captain Ralph (George) caught the biggest and the most. Nice job George. Fran ended up with one also. Thanks for the great trip. :)

Nice fish Bella!!! Both on spot? Thats definetely two of the bigger fish ive seen caught in the rips. where did you guys get the spot?

Both were caught on spot. My brother did catch a smaller one on a bucktail. We got the spot at Jims Bait and Tackle in Cape May but they didn't have many because someone stole a ton of them. There has been alot of thefts. :mad: I can't believe someone would steal bait. We paid $3.75 each for them.
