Striper2278 is right on the money. I'll let you know today what the inlet water temperature is! The boat needs fuel, and I'll take a peek to check the temperature.

if we get an easterly blow it will push warmer water in - the strong west/NW that blew yesterday caused the cold bottom water to upwell.

When I was a guard I remeber on year we had 74 degree water - front came thru and blew nw - water was 60 degrees the next day!
