Was lucky to hop in on an open boat charter with Adam courtesy of Mikey Meat Man, thanks for the offer to join you guys. ;)
Had a good day bucktailing the rips with my brother Will and had flat calm conditions and 42 degree water temps. The boat picked up a dozen stripers, 2 being nice fat slots at 25" and 27" and the rest were schoolies but were a blast to catch on light tackle. Nothing like drifting thru a rip line and hooking up on some nice aggressive stripers. :D I've been wanting to try the rips this season and had a great time on the ADAM BOMB. I think we would have had more action but the water got muddied up with the strong outgoing tide but we kept moving around hoping to find cleaner water. Highly recommend going out with Adam if youre looking for a good captain who works hard for you. Fished next to Stalker and they were getting them pretty good too ;)
Thanks again Adam for that Christmas present in Prissy Wick, I'll remember that one all winter :D :D
