Eagle in the rips.

Got out for what will probably be my last trip of the year. We picked a few bass, mostly small. What made the trip fun for us was finding out a Phila. Eagle was in his boat in the rips. He's on IR, so I guess it's ok since his team had an away game. We played around with him on the radio.
His boat was SWEET!!. 33' hydrosport with trips. I'm sur if you were out there yesterday you would have heard some of it.
We just kept saying his name while we were fishing all day.
It was rips, christmas, snow, stripers,and ......
I won't reveal his name.

I agree Brian, a cheerleader would be something to get excited about, but another man :eek: Also, if this guy's so injured what is he doing out fishing while his teamates are busting their arses in St. Louis? Shouldn't he be home resting and routeing for his team to win? Shows how much these guys really care, doesn't it :D

If my family went away and I had to stay home b/c I was sick or something and you called and said "Tom- they are killing them in the rips and it might be our last trip for the season"- you can bet your bottom dollar that I'd duck tape myself up and you could wheel me right down to your boat and tie a rod to my arm, brother! AMEN!

I met Hank recently, he's down with a shoulder injury. His brother's been driving the boat and he does whatever he can with one arm. Now granted at his size he can probably do more one armed than I can with my two!! He's a great guy,and he love's to fish, he's been goin stir crazy waiting for his injury to heal, remember he's a professional athelete and isn't used to sitting around, so don't hold against him if he wants to do some one armed fishing! :D

yea that Vikings love-boat sounded like a whole lotta fun. Think I'll stick to fishin though.
