Me and my dad went out for our last trip of the year and to bring the boat home. beautiful day and warm weather. We figured we look for some birds out front of wildwood, no luck at first but then we found them. Non stop action for about five hours of blues, stripers, and a couple sharks. We ended up with a total of 45 stripers ranging from 29" to 35" with 5 small ones in the 26-27" range, between 2 people, the only fish that ever tired me or my dad out was a tuna. We also had several breakoffs and landed about 12 blues. All fish were caught on diamond jigs and bucktails. The fish were so thick all we had to do was toss the bucktail 10 feet of the back ad let it sit, it never even touched bottom, not to mention the bucktsils were plain with no artificials. We did loose 8 bucktails and 6 diamond jigs but it was worth it. Usually we catch smaller fish in the birds this time of year but not today. All in all a great day, already have plenty of meat so we only kept 2. definetely our best day yet. good luck guys

What day did you hit them off Wildwood ?
I was out there yesterday - Monday but didn't see them, so I went to the rips and found a few.
