left cape may around 8 am looking for some bigger fish. a few miles out we found some birds that were accompanied by a few keeper fish. after a little while things slowed down and we worked our way north. off of townsend inlet there were acres of stripers however they were all small. total tally for the day was 4 keepers and 50+ releases. i was a great day on the water and the next trip for me will be swordfishing in south florida next week!
