Winds, planning striper fishing for Sat?

NJ forcast NNW 22mph wind today, 9mph SE Thur, WNW 27mph Fri, W 13mph Sat.Holy-cow. I don't know how to plan my fishing for Sat! Surf fish out going AM tide at LBI, or catch a head boat at Cape may, LBI or up to Atlantic HIghland (Sea Hunter). The surf might be quite a mess by Sat AM, but the boats may not sail if its too choppy. What do you folks think?

With heavy NW on Friday, the surf should be flattened down but with major chop out in the ocean.
