BARNFEST 2007's Menu!

Once again Tommy Guns and his staff as the Savoy Inn (http://www.savoyinn.com)have come up big! Take a peak at what's on the menu for BARNFEST 2007 :)

An assortment of 8 different Hot hors d’oeuvres will be butlered during the cocktail hour

Three Imported Cheeses and Crackers
Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, and Soppressatta
Grilled, Marinated Vegetables with dip
An assortment of Crostini and Bruschetta

Dinner Buffet:

Garden Salad- served to the table with our house balsamic vinaigrette
Semolina Dinner Rolls and Sweet butter
Tortellini tossed in blush sauce
Meatballs and sausage cacciatore
Seafood Cioppino- shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and crawfish in a spicey red sauce
Top of the Round Roast Beef- carved to order
Roasted, Fresh Hams with Italian Herbs- carved to order
Grilled Chicken Alfredo- with broccoli, sundried tomatoes, and mushrooms
California Medley- broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
Garlic Redskin Smashed Potatoes

Chef’s choice of 3 cold side salads
3 TYPES OF HOT PEPPERS!!!

It's pretty much an annual thing SIC :)

As for the date, keep yours eyes on the board. Tommy & I will confirm that soon.
