Plenty O Bass

With the temps in the mid 60's decided to take a late morning ride out w/ a friend past Breeze Point Jetty. Not a Bad ideal found fish breaking just east of the point. Fished 3 hours & had the bass mostly to ourself nothing big but lots of fun wiht the odd keeper in the mix

We didn't come dow this weekend because it's January. A huge mistake I guess as it sounds like every one who went out today got a lot of fish. Should I stick to the commitment that I'm done fishing until spring or should I come down when the forecast is good and hope for the best?:confused:

Thanks for the report!! Did you notice any bird action heading north, near the Rocks? Thanks, just wondering if a kayak launch at Monmouth Beach tomorrow is worth it. It's not like I can go for miles looking for the birds. lol

I am pretty sure he meant Breezy Point, which is near Jamaica Bay near Kennedy Airport. It sounds far but it is only a few miles from the tip of Sandy Hook. (by boat)
