Moderator/administrator help.

For whatever reason when I try to Pmail a board member I get the message"Your administrator has disabled pmail" ?? Can you help me or direct me so I may help myself.? Thanks

The boards programming has PM , but the owner disabled that feature for some reason. The board does have email a member feature turned on.
