Wind Against the tide?

Guys, I just want to make I am thinking correctly.

We are going out this Sunday and they are calling for South winds. Based on that will we be facing wind against the tide?

Will it dirty up the water when it is blowing from the South?

Depends on where you're fishing and whether the tide is on the flood or ebb.

If I'm not mistaken you will have wind against tide in the rips on the outgoing with a SW wind.
