Going out in Raritan Bay / Hook tomorrow. I've not been out yet this Fall for stripers. Going with Captain Carl on the Lil' Angel (private). I hear there is some action near the hook and elsewhere. Some on the boat like bait, but I like artificial, trolling or preferrably casting/jigging. Anyone care to share some info on areas or methods?
