Heading down Saturday morning and wanted to know how my Avalon bretheren are doing with Stripers. Any hot spots out in the Inlet or back bays (Pattis, Yacht Club, Avalon Point, etc.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Slow real slow. Dirty water and a lot of grass.

We got one yesterday clamin' - a slot. We were set up on the sod bank between the marina and the big bridge.

Otherwise, slow, real slow.

Been there 3 times so far and not even a bite.

No fish there, just fishermen. Sorry, no hot spots.

Real slow today. Fished the inlet for about 3 hours and then back at Patti's for like 2. Only got 2 snappers. Didn't see a net up all day.

lehigh157 are you a student at lehigh university?

I am a senior at lehigh and my parents have a place in Avalon so I fish it alot.

Lehigh157 -the reason you were not catching anything was you were fishing with your father who we both now never finds the fish, especially the stripers.
