Assuming there were lots of boats fishing the rips? Try any artificials at all today?

Fished overfalls 11/5. After being landlocked for 3 weeks, it was great to get out on the water again. Mainly watching other boats pick. Eventually, we caught a 40" and 29" at the start of the outgoing.
Eels for bait, Water temp 56.5F

if the weather co-operates I think my bro-in-law and I will be on the rips next weekend...coming from DE side.

Anyone hear of reports off the beach round Henelopen?

ken~

Saturday was tough, but Sunday most everyone I talked to did well. Most everyone was fishing the valley, which is off the beach at Henlopen. Some trollers did ok at Hen and Chicken Shoal on sunday.

The rips arount the Outer Wall produced a couple for me today.
