I need your opinion sit-on-top kayak or sit-in kayak???......:confused::confused::confused:

For saltwater, considering the chance of flipping is 50/50 with most begginers you want a sit on top. We have been selling them at the beach for 18 years and its been about 7,000 sit on tops to 12 cockpit boats. You cant reenter a cockpit boat if you flip it in deep water. Not without a lot of time,dificulty,and special equipment. If you can aford a foot drive which is what everybody is saving up for that fish. They only come in sit on tops. The only advantage to a cockpit is in bitter cold you can get half your body out of the weather. But my yaks are in storage when its below freezing.
