Anyone else ever try flounder for striper baits. I have had very good luck fishing with flounder roes in the fall. I know they sure eat alot of small flounder.

My brother cut a chunk off of a flounder carcass that was left where we were throwing clam for stripers. Probably not legal, but it was already dead and he tried it. Sure enough he got the only striper of the day on it.

Stripers love Flounder. It's not legal though. (I guess unless you're livelining a whole keeper Flounder.)

Why bother? They're not tough to catch.

Yeah, it's not like there aren't a million other proven techniques to catch striper, lets not entice them any further to eat the fluke!!

If u can get you hands on anything like what BB has, you can also try superglueing two 6" shads together. I saw it on the tube a while back.

Sorry if i spoiled anyones secrets.
