Bottom Fishing Recommendations for End of March

Any good bets for bottom fishing (tog or sea bass) out of Southern NJ or even Maryland or Virginia towards the end of March? Looking to do a "fill the cooler" trip and from what I have heard the offshore trips out of NJ have not been faring well this winter.

Me and two buddies aare going on the jamaica the 19th.They say they are starting to get more cod and polock on these trips.And i seen a report of a boat out of monauk ny that was going south east fishing 140 feet of water and they had 100 cod for three guys.18 to 30lb.good luck.
