For giving me a chance to get some of my live HERRING information down in this months issue. I have to admit your editing even made me look good.

I encourage all Barners to pick up a copy if you don't have a subscription. It isn't that often I get a chance to blow my own horn, so toot toot toot!

That was a great NJ Angler video. Made the call to trophy teasers and had them send me a herring as well as a bunker teaser(nine baits ea). I'm more than certain that spot under the bridge will be swamped with boats now once that season starts. I'll be fishing out of a kayak, so I'll have to find calmer water; but I'm going to give it a go no matter what. Great job again Bill!!!!!!

those teasers work great for getting herring to school herring under your boat. They will come in and huddle behind the strips prior to moving on. You just have to have the sabiki rig there when they are behind the strips.

Read the article today, nice job Dave. I've been thinking of getting live herring for a couple of years. I live a couple of miles from a good spot, I have a barrel for my truck and am in a marina that will let me put in a pen so this might be my year.

Read the article and also heard you on the radio on Sat. Good job on both.

I missed the radio show, DARN. Heard about it too late. Will there be a listing of future shows on the air???

That teaser set-up should be fun to play around with, especially off a kayak. I plan on using my bunker one for stripers, I can already see fish getting wrapped in it. I guess I better plan ahead on that one. If anyone has used these before, would a 12' piece of masonry cord and a 16 oz sinker be enough to hold it in place??? Thanks!!!!
