AM trip:

We fished with Gus Ruggerio's group this morning on the outgoing tide. It was flat calm, warm, beautiful and the fish were snapin'!!!

They boated 14 stripers to 25 pounds, and 20 drum to 70 lbs.

PM trip:

Skip fished with Don White, his son Gus and Joe Alteri, and Skippy A. They had a great afternoon boating 30 drum to 65 lbs, and 16 stripers to 31 lbs. Great job guys, wish I was there :D .
WE STILL HAVE SPOTS TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 26TH IN THE AM AND PM...THURS AND SUNDAY. PLEASE CHECK THE OPEN BOAT FORUM FOR INFO.

Capt Jeff here, Just wanted to say NICE TRIP! I saw Skip with all those fish when they came over to the Miss Chris Marina to get cleaned. That is AWESOME FISHING! With no boat in the water, its driving me crazy. It must have been a perfect day out there.

Man, NICE job guy's. I'm out here in Vegas and the only stripers (no drum) I have seen were the ones swimming around the docks at Lake Mead today. Save me a few for when I get back. ;)

Skip - As Ed said we had a hell of a trip! Everyone got what they wanted - a few Stripers and their first Drums! We'll be back!

I like how you thought about patterns/striper feeding situations vs. just setting up where the fleet ended up the day before.

The striper baked with butter I had for dinner was excellent!

Fishing in the PM was "NON" stop for about 3hrs...with 30 drum boated (We only kept 8 kept) to 65.lbs and 16 stripers to 31.lbs. Fishing is as good as it gets right now!
