Help with drums

Now im sorta experienced with stripers, but not with drum. Never caught one in my life. I was hoping someone could hook me up with some info as far as rigs, bait, and spots.

Same rig as bass...fishfinder and heavy mono or flouro. I went with Partnership and used 8.0 cirlces...fishfinder rigs...60 and 80 lb flouro and had no problems. Tommy bought pre-tied rigs with I THINK 9/0 j hooks and 60 lb mono and they worked too...also rigges with a fishfinder.

hipkvw,is correct it's not what your using but where you are fishing.i prefer 9/0 j hooks but guys who fish with me use circles too.it is a preference thing,the fish don't care what hook it is.just make sure it is strong,i have had them bend a cheap hook.louis
