LOTS OF BARNERS NEEDED TO GIVE A LITTLE

Steve Sylvester, AKA Smellinfishy is doing a great job organizing the Avalon golf event on Friday 4/21/06 to benefit The Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund (supports Cape May County families with a child with cancer). In an effort to maximize The Barn's donation, we're hoping to get as many barners to be partial sponsors of the event for $10. If a lot of us give a little, WE will be giving a lot to this great cause. Please make a check payable to "High Tides Memorial Fund" and mail to Steve directly at: 44 Barbers Lane Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. My dad died of cancer at age 59. Those of us who have kids know how devastating this would be if it was us fighting a battle with our kid to beat cancer. You can make a difference for the cost of some bait or a good plug. Nicely put Jboyle, it is definetley a worthy cause and it will be great day on the links. I cannot stress enough, how much the famlies we help need our assistance, especially with the state of health insurance in NJ. These famlies are on the brink of financial disaster and have a child who is seriously ill and needs very special assistance. I would love to meet as many barners and friends as possible on 4/21 and share what the BB has done and will do in the future.
