I am pretty sure that everyone on the boat will also need a non-resident license, which you can get on line at 14$ each for the year.

Stop at Herb's in northeast. They'll tell you everything you need to know. Or just give 'em a call.

You can buy the $40 sticker on line. It does cover everyone on the boat. They will send you 2 stickers for your boat and you can print out the boat license. If you don't want the boat license then eah person must have their own individual license.

Definetly get it on line. You can print out a temp. till your stickers get there. Beware however, make sure you have all your other required coast gaurd stuff on board. The man was out in force last week, and if he didn't see those stickers, you got checked. I got the stickers, he motored right past me and checked the 3 boats next to me who didn't.

The best information is to stop in at Herb's B&T in Northeast Md. Good people say hello to Ele while your there.
Based on the upcoming weather it looks like the fishery is going to go into a big holding patern. The Cold rain that is falling right now and over the weekend is going to put the water clarity down with the temp. The fish might be there but not very active.

Do you still have to buy the non resident fishing lic if you get the boat permit ? Or can everyone fish your boat if you got the permit

You can also get a Potomac Tidal Boat license for $30.00. Also covers all on the boat and good for the Bay also. You might not get the personal crab license that way but same for fishing.
