hit the flats with my bud Jeff (AKA Skips hero)

first stop using topwaters jeff hits a nice striper :) that rooted around the bottom and popped herself free :mad:

a little while later jeff gets slammed again this time no way she is getting away ........
to the boat , a few quick pics and away she goes :) good deal i like this day already

my turn she hits my popper sideways , nice fish


get her to the boat a few more pics and away she goes :)

next 4 to 5 hours ... nada nothing a few chasers but no takers we went all over found clean water and everything
did have a needlefish chase my b.a . to the boat then swim away that was cool

good day to be on the water with a good bud :) , first time fishing together in a couple years

nice report good to see some fish being caught also, was out this evening, and had 4 fish on the hotdog behind turkey on the drop of the channel.. some descent fish one went maybe 12-13lbs, also i caught a shad that had lost its way. wind report said it was going to lay down this evening.. indeed it did not but actually picked up.. haha go figure.. throw them doggies ken!!!
