Only 12 boats out of 40 weighed in a fish
I fished by cell phone and computer today due to work. Our team was able to find 4 fish from 16-18#'s. Sunday should be real interesting with the weather conditions.
Good Luck to all

Thanks Glenn, Tommy, and Harry for the good words.
Skeeter you would of had some real fun today in your boat..:D
Today was one of the roughest days I fished in the bay, at 12:15 we actually had a quick hail & rain storm roll in on us. Today's ride home felt like Rt.55 had a 3 foot swell rolling under my Bronco.

Congradulations Chuck and Crew !
Hats off to all who placed, and fished in tough conditions.
In reply to Fishin Fever,
Glad you caught fish, congradulations !
It is a well known fact that those who do not fish tournaments consistently catch more and bigger fish. Please join in tournaments locally (ASA or other) and show your stuff.

Guys
Thanks. Really appreciate it.
Want to thank Timmy for all his help. Really learned a lot.
Bryan Pieros and Dave Donahue were awesome. Just a great weekend.
We had 7 fish on Saturday from 13 to 31.9 pounds and 1 on sunday, 21.45 pounds (we decided we were getting out of that wind as soon as we caught a fish).

We braved the weather on sunday and didn't get a bite at all. So we ended in 6th place. All we needed was 1 fish and would have placed in the money.

we rolled out sat with big plans and ended our day going 9 for 10 on the striped ones with the biggest at 16lb9oz and our second was almost A twin to that at just A few oz's less. so after seeing the forcast we werent sure what to expect, then due to A last minute emergency at home we lost one of our crew members thus taking us down to 2:confused: . well we broke the inlet sun morn and was greeted with the big mean and nasty,we continued to the 60'and put in about 2hours there with nothing but doggies and skates so me made A decision to go to our honey hole out towards the lanes about 12nm.After breaking the canal we didnt see one boat all day.I hate boat traffic but must say I felt A little lonely out there.(I could only imagine what the many ships and barges where thinking as they passed us by and just watched in amazement as they saw these two lost souls out there bobbing and weaving in search of there tournament catch) man was it nasty!I pulled two out of A hat one at about 20" and second at about 25" but couldent bring it home.we made it back in just after weighin and found out that only several fished where weighed and that only like 5 boats fished.oh well better luck next time,We had A ball and are looking forward to doing it again. and I cant stress enough how many great people u meet duing these functions, that alone is worth its wait in gold!
oh TEAMEXTREME is that you VIC if so I have seen several of your posts over the past weeks and was wondering who u where I use to spend A lot of time as A kid in Boonton.
well cant wait till the big bass open!till then it will be tuner and shark:D

I would like to but my plans are to fish the FLW in the highlands on the 18th.I really like the ASA deal but figured I would give the FLW A shot also considering I am running A boat that is capable of catching all the contingencies taking me up into A much larger money bracket.and also would like to see how they run this under A catch and release fishery.I will be fishing the SJShark and def.the big bass open. But I may also fish the FLW in VA beach next dec. talk to you later mike.

Catfish? I'd imagine that would be a huge run to be in the area of catfish and stripers if CapeMay is a starting point.
Chuck -- big congrats with winning. Well done.

Congrats to all the winners and those lucky enough to get out Sunday. We were The Duker boat. We had two on Saturday, weighed a 21 pounder. That was good for eighth place ending Day 1. Problem was we were only fishing an 18 footer. We could not even make it from NWildwood over to the canal Sun morning. The Parker(Hot Rod) will be back in game shape for Nov. Still finished 9th overall Respect......Respect.

Team Bluefin was out there on Sunday braving the weather but couldn't produce that 2nd fish. That bay sure does get nasty. We ended up in 5th place and 3rd in the Calcutta.
Big thanks to Bob Ransom for having all of us at the Ugly Mug on Saturday night, thanks Bob!! Congrats to Chuck on 1st!! Also Ken and his wife put on a great tournament, thanks guys!!
