Raritan Bay 6/10

So, how big is a big flounder? I took a friend and his son out for bass. Caught 7 blues and a small striper. Then I decided to troll with some strech 25's and a Mann's bunker. Wecaught a few more blues then a 27.5" 10lb flounder. I haven't caught many flounder but the largest I ever caught before was 23".
