    Default Another limit!

Saturday: Fished a sodbank in tuckerton where ive been catching a good number of nice fish. Ended up with 15 fluke 8 of which were keepers. All caught on gulp shrimp. I also saw a 30in. fluke brought up a little ways down from me. That was caught on a minnow.

Sunday: my buddy and i did the kayak thing behind Ocean City. Started off realllll slow, but towards the middle of the outgoing we found them stacked up on a sand bar. I ended up with 10 fluke 6 of which were keeprs. My buddy landed 1 keepers. All fish on gulp shrimp or swim minnow. Great weekend to be on the water!

    Dude - that's some nice fishing !!!

Finding them is tough , and I would like to dive at each potential spot and take a look around the bottom for Fluke !!!

That would be cool - ok , cheating maybe, but cool to swim around a drop off and see a row of Fluke lined up behind a drop off.

You go boy. I was in that general area on Saturday also. I had 30 or so fluke with 8 keepers. It was a four hour solo trip.

Or just do it how they do down south. Put a couple big ass lights on your jon boat, pole around in the shallow water at night until you see the outline of the flounder, then wack him with the gig. Very sporting.

Believe me, just because you can SEE flounder doesn't mean they will be ready to bite. Just because you're not catching does not mean they're not there. I've worked areas for flounder in places in South Carolina all day without a bite, and then seen giggers load up in the same exact spot after dark. It's pretty frustrating knowing a place is full of fish but they just don't want to eat at the time.
