    Default KJS awards and FOOD

Kids awards will be given out @ 5 pm on the deck of the WindJammer in Seside. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. As in the registration rules you do not have to be present to accept your reward. As long as we have an officail weigh in affadavid you will get it.

Adults are questionable as of right now as the rain which has been so elusive the past three months, to me anyway, is set to start Saterday night. I will be looking for a plan "B" but they will take place somewhere Sunday after final weighins in the seaside area. If the rain hold off they will also be at the Wind Jammer deck.

Weather is supposed to be good this weekend. Warm and sunny, so we may be able to set up outside anyways. Don't worry, there will be a nice place and good food for everyone!!! GREAT PRIZES TOOOOO

Still set for 10 a.m. on Sunday? If so, I may be able to make it there from LBI.

Steve - Is there a mechanism in place whereby the weigh in affidavits will make their way from FishHeads to the awards ceremony if anglers don’t make the trip up? Not that I have to worry about since I don’t catch fish. However, I’m not sure if I’ll make it to 11 a.m. after fishing all day Saturday straight through till Sunday morning – the eyes may be shut by then.

I will definately have something figured out by then. One way to ensure it would be to pass it off to a friend coming up.

You know you don't HAVE to fish all night. I know it really takes a toll on you older guys

Thanks Steve. I won't be able to bring the kids on Saturday for the awards banquet. I'll come up on Sunday morning.

Ahh you kidding! I got a load of food and was hoping to meet the kids. That sucks they can't make it. I understand the travel though. I may switch with my mom for registration and I might be at Fish heads.

Yeah, hopefully some of the parents can drive them up. We'll be at FH around 8:00 on Sat.

Oh - that hurts. I'd like to see anyone half my age... well maybe 3/4's my age... keep up with me.

I will plan on being at FishHeads around the dead line for the weigh-ins, if you'd like me to call in or witness the affidavits (other than my own) give me a phone number. Or, I can look for someone who's driving up, if I'm not, to take all of the affidavits with them.
