    Default Why quit fishing ?

Besides cost and weather, I say, no reason to quit for the season until the fish are gone.

Ok, throw in boats kept in slips that are forced out, and can't be trailered.

Some of the best Striper fishing runs through December, and if you dress properly, it's cool. Get it........cool.

Weather: yeh, that can be a problem as systems move more quickly, and big fat high pressure that sits over the mid atlantic for days to weeks is much less common.

With the way this fall run started, I'll be out there until January probably. The big ones are still yet to come!
