    Default Intercoastal waterway to MD

I will be renting a house in OC Maryland for a week this year. I was wondering if I could run my 19CC through the intercoastal form Great Bay. Any body ever do this ? How long would it take? I thought it might be more fun then trailering it down, or maybe not.

No, the intracoastal goes up the Delaware Bay thru the C&D and down the Chessy to Norfolk. Not even close to OCMD.

You would have to run it to Cape May, across the Bay to Lewes and outside to Ocean City. Probably a 40 minute ride from CM to OC.

Pretty sure he asked if he could take the intracoastal. Didnt he? A 19 footer, should hope for a nice day gettin there outside. And a better one for the ride back. Seacrets puts a hurtin on your head.

If He Goes In Roosevelt Can't He Go Down The Back With A 19'on A High Tide Which I Know Isn't Very Much? I Know Assawomen Bay At The Top Is Shallow.
ASSAWOMAN CANAL WILL CONNECT TO THE BAY. THEN FOLLOW SOMEONE GOING SOUTH. MY COUSIN HAS A PONTOON AT COLTS NECK BUT DON'T KNOWN HIS RANGE. BY TOMORROW SOMEONE WILL KNOW. I WOULD GO FROM CAPE MAYE INLET TO OC INLET WITH MY 21CC ON A NICE DAY I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S 38 MILES BELL TO BELL. I HAVE CROSSED OVER THE CANAL AT A FEW DIFFERENT SPOTS AND IT LOOKED VERY NICE AND VERY NARROW.

Trailer it down if you can. Save BIG $$$ in gas.
