Lets so what people prefer when it comes to manufacturing aluminum boats. All boats are 100 gauge.

I thought welded was always better than riveted. Is there any advantage to riveted??

I have an older model Tracker that is riveted. Welded is better because they will not leak.

Welded is usually heavier, but the rivets over time will eventually wear/break and leak. Matter of preference and price
