    Default Sods report

I, along with a couple of friends, fished some sod banks in south jersey for the last few hours of incoming last night. No fish were seen. No bait was seen in most spots - did see a guy net very few PB at a well known floating dock. Conditions looked to be near perfect (except for the fact that no bait was around) - a good moving current, favorable wind conditions, a cloudy sky to hide that big, bright moon, an approaching low front, cool water (still a tad too warm). What more could you want FISH?

What's really screws with my head is that I was catching bass in those same spots in July, August and early Sept.

Were you the guys fishing far off a well known road that has a lot of billboards on it? I saw a few trucks parked on a road and a bright light out on the sod, down the road I saw a young kid catching peanut bunker with a net at a boat ramp. Sounds very similiar!

You're to busy fishing north of there any how. I'll be north of you on early Friday morning, just in case you guys feel like driving north.

I don't know about that. Loopy's son has been beaching them all, while Dad proudly looks on.
