Default Goofing around with some recipes

I had some tags and cut pieces off the striper fillets that were donated to me today and I was goofing around, came up with this one and it was damn good.

took the cut pieces and put in ziplock bag, added some A-1 Steak Sauce, Peter Lugers Steak Sauce, some Sirarchi Hot Sauce and some lemon and lime squeezed in. Dash of salt & pepper and then mixed it all around in the bag and let it soak for about an hour. Added bread crumb right to the ziplock until all pieces were coated then pan fried in butter & a little vegetable oil(to keep the butter from burning). cooked for 8 minutes in the pan on medium heat and ate on top of white rice. Damn good!
