Chesapeake Bay Skunk Cruise
Yesterday evening I fished on my Grady White at the mouth of the York River for a couple of hours with no bites. Today I took the Yamaha Ski from Messick in Poquoson Va. to the High Rise of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. I caught two dog sharks and had 1 short run. I drifted eels on either side of the high rise. No Stripers for me this time. Sounds like I need to make a night run soon. Today I covered 40 miles and burned 9 gals on the ski. Yesterday I went 14 miles on the Grady and burned 15 gals. I will be back out again this weekend. Here are some pictures from yesterday and today.
